Shipping policy

Local pickup: Free pickup by appointment near Winder, Bethlehem, and Statham, Georgia. We'll coordinate a pickup time with you after your order.

Nationwide shipping: We ship across the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item's size and destination; for larger fixtures we may provide a shipping quote. Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days via UPS or FedEx.

Careful packing: Many of our fixtures are large or fragile. Each item ships new in its original manufacturer box and is packed with care.

Tracking: You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Damaged in transit: If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at sales@thelightingreserve.com with photos and we'll make it right.
