Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your fixture. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns work.

 

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of pickup, delivery, or the date your shipment is delivered. Email sales@thelightingreserve.com or call (678) 960-7184 with your order number to start a return. We will issue return instructions within one business day.

 

CONDITION REQUIRED

Items must be uninstalled and returned in their original box and packaging, in the same condition you received them, with all hardware and documentation included. Fixtures that have been installed, modified, or wired are not returnable.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is our error — wrong item, undisclosed damage, or a fixture that does not match its listing — we pay return shipping and refund you in full.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. No restocking fee. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is issued.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at sales@thelightingreserve.com with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

 

LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

For local pickup near Winder, Bethlehem, or Statham, Georgia, please inspect your item at the time of pickup. The 30-day return window still applies.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled at no charge any time before they ship or are picked up. Email or call us and we will refund in full.

 

PRODUCT CONDITION AND WARRANTY

Our fixtures are overstock and surplus inventory. Unless a listing states otherwise, items are new and unopened in original manufacturer packaging. Because we are not an authorized dealer, the manufacturer's warranty may not apply; our return policy above applies to every order regardless.
